At our vet's advice, we will not be vaccinating the pups at four weeks (the vet changed vaccines and the new vax is label six weeks). we regret and apologize for this issue. At four weeks though, the pups averaged 5 pounds.
The whole litter, one by one; age 5.5 weeks. Ignore the# listings, as they are for breeder tracking only.
12-10-12 Health Check and first vaccinations!
All the pups are doing well! We do have one little lady still available with hernias that will need repaired- she will be a discounted price and required to be spayed (fixed). The hernias should be repairable at the time of the spay; follow your vet's advice! Everyone took their vaccination like a champ- no complainers in this bunch. Next week- microchips and second deworming. Several puppies are reserved, contact us to reserve yours!
Happy New Year!! Ours has been a busy holiday season, plus a lack of full internet access has made for a little lag in the updates; many apologies. The pups have been vaccinated twice (Da2PPV+C), dewormed twice (Panacur), and microchipped (Homeagain). Half the precious little buggers have gone home- but don't fret, we still have a few left.
1-7-13 10 weeks old
Well- boys will be boys. Our last male went on a walkabout with his rat terrier buddy and came back to the group with a cut leg. Nothing serious, just a little blood on the snow and front leg. Silly boy. A busy weekend saw four pups go home, and left us with just one boy and two girls. (number 1 collar female, the very darkest faced girl, has a reserve and will be going home this coming weekend).
10 of 10 have offically gone home- though one male was kept as a replacement Service Dog for Ileene.
Next litter by Hass and out of Thelma is tentatively planned for this summer. Next Hass and Liberty litter is planned for Spring 2014.
The following groups of photos are puppies of B litter that have gone home, and families have provided us with snapshots of puppies as they grow.
